This is how I imagine my landlord answers my calls asking for my heat to be repaired in the winter: at the beach and intentionally delaying my requests.I'm not saying all landlords are unethical, I'm just saying I have not rented from one who made timely repairs or showed any interest in maintaining habitable properties.
